Day 1- Meal plan

Early Morning: Milk
Breakfast: Oats cooked in full fat milk with a mixture of dry fruits like anjeer, black grapes,badam
Mid morning : Ragi cooked in water
Lunch: Rice +dal+veggies+rasam
Evening- half paratha
Night- Uttapam
Sleeping time : Milk
